On Apr 11, 2007, Martin J. Wells, President, and Terence J. Miller sold their inventory in MJWells + Associates to the MJWells + Associates Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Wells and Miller will continue to provide as Chief executive and Vice Chief executive, respectively, of MJWells + Associates, Inc. Mr. Wells, Mr. Miller, and John Carmen, former President and CEO of Rodgers Consulting, Germantown, Maryland, will provide on the Board of Directors of the new organization.
